New HIIT Training Routine by Cybex International

The following is an outline of several HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)  routines designed to dramatically improve your aerobic capacity as well as improve your strength. From a pure strength training standpoint, it would certainly be better to train with one of my HIT routines, but the system that they outline with these routines effectively combines strength training with aerobic conditioning.
